What are the social problems arising from bio labs?
Every year, 5,5 million tons of plastic waste(2022’) are generated from bio labs.
Furthermore, all of it is treated as biohazardous waste and either landfilled or incinerated.
Therefore, UMTR aims to reduce carbon emissions and establish a recyclable ecosystem
by inventing products that can recycle plastic waste generated from bio labs.
